All of our treats are lovingly made in our home kitchen. Because we share the same workspace and equipment for all of our baking, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination can happen, so our products may contain traces of common allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Demigod Confections Ltd! We take great pride in hand-baking and fresh-shipping our cookies. Because our treats are perishable food items, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Standard Orders: Because we bake to order, you can cancel or amend your order up to 24 after placing your order for a full refund. Once your order has been baked or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.

2. Returns (Change of Mind)

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, dislike a flavour, or ordered the wrong items.

  • Please do not post cookies back to us, as we cannot accept or reuse them for food safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your cookies! If your order arrives damaged, or is completely incorrect, we will gladly make it right with a replacement or a refund.

  • Report Window: You must report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please email us at enquiries@demigodconfectionsltd.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect items.
  • Note on Shipping: Minor cosmetic cracking or crumbs can occasionally happen during transit and are not considered "faulty" unless the product is entirely ruined or unfit to eat.

4. Missed Deliveries & Courier Issues

  • We ship our cookies via Royal Mail to the exact address provided at checkout.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements if a delivery is missed, delayed because no one was home, or if an incorrect delivery address was provided. Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
